Camp FAQ's

What to bring?
Shin guards, plenty of water, and weather appropriate clothing.  If you have a soccer ball please bring it with your name on it.  We have a few extras if you don't have one, but not enough for everyone.

Where do I check my child in?
We will check in the campers each day on the field of the stadium.  After the first day they will continue to check in on the field but within their appropriate groups.

Where do I pick my child up?
Pick-up will be at the field of the stadium.  If someone other than the parent that the camp registration was done through is picking your child up, they must be listed on the allowed pickup list.  Please also make sure this is communicated to your child so they can properly identify the person prior to us letting them leave our supervision.

When do I get my camp shirt and should I wear it?
Camp shirts will be given out on Wednesday.  We ask that all campers wear the shirt for the last session on Thursday as we'll do a group photo at the end of camp.

What happens if it rains?
Fingers crossed we picked the perfect week to hold camp.  However, if we do get storms that affect our ability to be outside, camp will need to be canceled for that day.  There is no indoor facility for us to resume activity.  We will monitor each day closely and communicate through this email chain if there are any changes to the schedule.  If there is light rain we will assess and continue as allowable.  If there are big storms and camp has started, we will get your children inside to stay dry and safe until you're able to get them.

Who will my child be grouped with for camp?
On the first day the campers will all be broken out per age group of about 15-20 kids.  There will be 6-7 counselors with each group.  All players will be evaluated during the day as they participate, and if we identify a player that is better suited in a different group we will look to move that individual to a different group starting the second day.
